It’s national burrito day. Can you believe a day dedicated to celebrating all things burrito inspired? Pure genius!

We’re getting involved over here at KetoDiet because we love a good stuffed tortilla but we don’t like most of the ones ready made off the shelf because they’re often laden with grains and goodness knows what other preservatives.

Healthy dieters reduced their risk factors for heart disease like weight and body fat equally when they followed a vegetarian diet that included eggs and dairy or with a Mediterranean diet that emphasized olive oil and lean fish, an Italian experiment found.
Researchers randomly assigned 107 overweight adults to follow either a vegetarian or Mediterranean diet for three months, then to switch to the other diet for three more months. Nasi Goreng simply means ‘fried rice’ but over at Keto Diet App we like to do things a little different so we’ve kept the carbs low, ditched all the preservatives and brought you a speedy weeknight dinner that’s packed full of flavour, nutrients and next to no washing up!
